Yes you can do this. I took the time figures you gave as example and put them in cells A1 through A6. Then in Cell B1 "=VALUE(A1)". Copy down to B6. Then in B7 "=AVERAGE(B1:B6)" and formatted B7 as "hh:mm".

Result is 7:40

Hope this helps,
Kind Regards,

Hi,
This is easy, turn the dates back to numbers then find the average then turn it back into time formats. Hope this helps.

Describe the data you are trying to average. Are they timestamps, just integers, or what? (And what is the exact error it is generating?)
