How did the animals breed after the flood?
There were 2 of each species left on earth after the flood... right? Ok, so they had offspring.
Then who did their offspring mate with? Each other? That's incest. According to other parts of the bible, incest is wrong.
And what about creatures like bees? Bees don't breed with 1 male and 1 female. It takes hundred of male drones breeding with each queen to produce offspring. But in the story, only 1 male and 1 female bee would have been allowed on the ark!!

Incest is a sin of the flesh against the spirit. Since animals have no soul, there's no incest in the truest sense, for the animals wouldn't feel any shame or be cursed by God in some manner for their incestuous ways.
