Eat the right sort of food - nuts, green vegetables, fruit, fish, avocado etc. are all great for your skin. Or you could try making your own natural body mask (see the internet for ideas) that clears your skin out. Exfoliation is also great, as it removes the top dry layer of dead skin cells. After exfoliation use a really rich body butter (like the ones from the body shop) and just wait to see the results!

From the inside out.
Lots of tea and fish. Fish oil is in pill form now if you can't eat so much fresh fish.
I heard that Michelle Pfeiffer and people in Japan have the best health and skin because of the fish and tea!
Apparently soda is bad for you. And greasy food etc.
Plus you'll feel better. Greasy food makes ya feel icky.

Massage your skin, put lotion on if needed, relax, wash your face once in the morning and once at night, don't keep touching your skin like in an irritating manner and exercise. Excercise strengthens your skin. Don't think too much about your skin just leave it alone and I promise it will remain healthy.

Good sleep, fresh fruits and veggies and healthy foods in general, good regular exercise, plenty of water in a day, and being as much stress free as possible. Doing something daily like meditation, or taking a bath to ward off stress. Also, being happy.
