It means "we" or "us".

"Boku" means "I" (male first-person pronoun), and "tachi" is added on to make it plural.

To expand on earlier answers... "boku" means "I" but only used by young boys (females and grown men do not use that word). "tachi" makes it plural. "wa" indicates the subject (or topic) of the sentence.
