Go shopping. Possibly get your nails done together, but you may want to check with your b/f to make sure it would be cool with their parents because they might think she's too young to have her nails done, it may sound dumb, but it's a good way to avoid any trouble. Take her out to eat to her favorite place and see a movie. And some advice... don't do or say anything that you wouldn't want to get back to your b/f or his parents. Stay focused on her and if your friends call tell them your out with another friend, not your b/f little sister, just because saying it's your b/f little sister may make her feel like you feel obligated to take her out and be nice to her. Have fun.

If you want to get in good w/ the boyfriend dont give his sister anything to RAT you out on, like flirting w/ another boy. Take her to play putt-putt or a night at Dave and Busters

i would go to an arcade or something in that environment so you will be in public and wont feel awkward, plus you can have lots of fun and get into conversations that will break the ice and make it a blast.
