Can one claim tax allowance in the UK for Dolphin Therapy ?

Dolphin therapy is effective for helping/healing autistic children, as well as downs syndrome and many other ailments. Does the Inland Revenue accept claims? Or is there any other financial help provided by the state?

If it is for child with disabilities under 16 try Family Fund (holiday but not treatment). Also at the site of Family Fund you can find another charity organisations who may be able to help. But no way you can claim anything from Inland Revenue
