well it doesn't matter if you're both girls. a break up hurts like hell even if you're not of the opposite sex.
I broke up with my bf 2 weeks ago and I'm feeling better... time heals all wounds. I bet you're young and you'll put your life together again in no time.
good luck

I am very sorry to hear this. Did she say any real reason why she wanted to break up? That is so bad that your family wont even give it a chance- If you need someone to talk to I'll gladly be here to talk! I have been in a relationship that ended with just a I dont want to be with anyone right now- And it was the hardest thing ever. But you just have to pick yourself up and not think that its your fault! Remember everything happens for a reason and Im sure that you will be stronger for all of this-- It'll take some time before you realize that this might be a good thing and you are better off with that experiance. You learn from all of this! But you can email me if you would like to talk to anyone! Im sorry again!

it is normal to feel like talking with someone (especially girls, since we understand each other much better) when something happens. i think that the only way of forgetting about someone is to have another person next to you... but of course, breaking up with a person that you love/d usually is not positive to our moods (except if you really wanted it).. it's a matter of time you get used to the situation. i am hetero, but i still understand this, because it must be hard for you the fact that your family doesn't support your sexual orientation. i still think it is better if you talk to a friend or some1 who understands your position, and let time pass and do it's effect. don't feel bad for anything you did or did not, it doesn't matter anymore. if she wanted it off, probably she didn't deserve you. noone never said love is easy. what you need now is to flip the page and think fresh. don't go back to your recent past until you know you are over everything that can hurt you. and do NOT eat chocolates... you'll regret it later! :)
have a nice day, and good luck!

Maybe she just needs a little time to think about this. It sounds like you are both young enough that she hasn't decided for sure about her sexuality. I would guess that it's even harder than a straight couple breaking up because of those considerations. Just buy her some flowers and attach a note saying that you are willing to back off and give her the time that she needs, but you'd like to stay friends. Then give her that time. It has to be hard for her too- It's a huge decision, deciding whether it's worth all the teasing that you'll both get from people (like your parents) who don't understand. She has to make that decision on her own. Good luck to you both.

Hrmm, now tell me? Is there another guy she likes? Not just that but sometimes you have to understand the girls need there space because girls think that the first time meeting that person is more special so they bored of it...! Just be patient call her talk to her, either that or just start talking to someone else and see how it is, remember if she comes back to you, you have to play hard to get because when you don't they will think that they can just keep leaving you and you'll always wait! You have to show her that your not just going to be a person who will wait for her and let her walk all over you! But I suggest you call her and talk to her--- I know for sure 50% she misses you still and 50% she is just getting tired of you!

Eat a tone of icecream! Works everytime! As for your family, it doesn't matter about what gender you love, it's still love, you know? Good luck! I hope you feel better! Just think, you didn't deserve her! Your so much better than that!
