Looking for the recipe for the cake where you use diet coke instead of water and oil with the cake mix.?

1 chocolate cake mix
1 can diet coke (any diet cola works, even Wal-mart brand)
mix and bake as directed. (no I am not kidding)
cool and add fat free cool whip
Enjoy according to Weight Watchers this snack is only 3 POINTs a slice.

For you Angel food cake lovers
1 Angel food cake mix
1 can of diet Sprite or 7-up (generic works as well)

Mix and bake as directed and enjoy with Strawberries and free cool whip. (this is also 3 Points for the cake an cool whip, just add points for fruit)

This one doesnt use diet - But it is sooooooo good

PEPSI COLA CAKE

2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 cubes butter
3 tbsp. Hershey's cocoa
1 c. Pepsi or Coke (not diet)
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix sugar and flour in large bowl. Heat butter, cocoa and Pepsi or Coke to boiling. Pour over flour mixture and blend. Add remaining ingredients. After all is blended, add 1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows and blend. Pour into greased 9"x13" pan, bake 35 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees.

ICING:

1 cube butter
3 tbsp. cocoa
6 tbsp. Pepsi or Coke
1 box powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. walnuts, chopped

Heat butter, cocoa and Pepsi or Coke to boiling. Add powdered sugar, vanilla and chopped walnuts. Pour on cake right out of oven.

My favorite is Devil's Food cake & a can of Dr. Pepper. You mix the two together and bake at temp on box mix. However, I've found you have to bake them a bit longer. It will be pretty dense.

Yellow cake mix and diet cream soda, make into cupcakes and top with light cool whip. Sooo good.
