Well if you load it up with veggies, or even fruit, of course it would be good for you. Most people understand the concept of these foods have vitamin and antioxidants...you should read up on that.
Of course if you load it up with cheese, fatty-creamy dressing, croutons, ham and such you make it not so good for you. Just common sense!

simple raw veggies or salads makes you body work hard to digest them. So its like you body is doing excersise to burn them.example : eat 100 calories of veggies , your body uses 75 calories to burn it. so u dont gain weight. but u get the energy

greens are good for you, green leafy vegetables is what our bodies were meant to have.
