I like thrift stores and garage sales. I have bought lace table clothes and nailed them to the wall they give a very soft feeling to the room also bamboo blind You know the kind you hang on your patio put this on your wall then hang you pictures over it...this works really well for a tropical setting.

When you're waiting in line @ the grocery store look @ the pricey
decorating magazines to get ideas,and put them back as soon as you are being helped.Wallmart @ many fabric stores will have a 1$ a yard section,to use for curtains table clothes couch covers upholstery, The 99cent store can help a great deal too.And
Home depot Lowe's & other home improovement stores have
discount paint that is quality paint the custumer just didn't mix
the right color or something.

Paint is inexpensive and can make a huge impact. There are a lot of different painting techniques you can also use to simulate different wall textures and designs. You need to think about what you want to achieve with the remodel.

no need to buy a new matress/windows/all those crazy expensive stuff. paint your room into a different color that will really give the room some vibe. that wouldn't cost much. move some furniture around and even out if you possibly can. go to target or ikea and get those really cheap dormroom furniturel... it will go great. clean out your room a bit. it makes a total difference

paint,get you a cheap throw rug or two and change the way you have your furnish arranged.

step three garage sale and thriftstores.Craigslist can help u get furniture.Dont hurry take your time and have patience.

paint is your cheapest bang for the buck,.,.add window coverings,.and carpeting,.,
