If they are breaking through the skin you might want to get some bubble gum (not minty gum, but the big stuff that turns hard after you chew it a while) - and keep chewing it on your teeth till they break through....it's like a baby and a teething ring. you can also get the ambusol that's made for children teething and put it on your gums while they hurt.... it hurts now, but once they are all the way through it shouldn't be so bad.

Unless you need them removed because they are pushing your other teeth...then you need to go to the dentist and have them out.

READ the section in the book at the bottom.
Much pain is from muscles below is an example of what may help (based on headaches).
Begin with a couple swigs of molasses or a couple of bananas daily - magnesium (which regulates many things in the body) and potassium (a needed building block for muscles).
Drink at least 1/2 gallons of water per day. Running a body low on water is like running a car low on oil is the analogy the head of neurology at UCDavis told my husband about 10 years ago.

Now to the cause - muscles - your back, neck shoulders and head have tender spots. They are knots in the fibers of the muscles called trigger points. It makes the muscles tight which makes them press on nerves and other things causing the pain.

The cure - start with a professional massage, you will also want to go back over any place you can get to 6-12 times per session up to 6 times per day rubbing (or lightly scratching on your head) every where that is tender until the knots go away. The place where the skull connects to the spine press up under the edge of the skull (to get to those muscles).

For more information read The Trigger Point Therapy Workbook by Davies. It teaches what to do and where the pain comes from.

You could have the same problem I did with my uppers. If they are only partially through the skin food and drink get under the gum line and rots out the back of the tooth that you can not get to to brush.

Go get them pulled. At least the uppers if they are bothering you. It is not that bad and you will feel SO much better.

If you did have what I did and you let it go it will get infected and infect your jaw which will hurt a thousand times worse!

BTW, if the regular oragel stuff doesn't work....I know it sounds bad....but go to your local adult store....well send someone in for you...and have them buy a tube of strawberry anal eze. It is the same thing as oragel only ten times stronger. My dentists sent me in for it until he could set up an appointment to pull them. It worked wonders!

you can apply heat or cold to your cheek, i would say take IB more so that Tylenol. I don't know about the chewing, but if they are impacted, even if they make it throught the gum line, you will have to have them pulled. You should see a dentist if the pain doesn't stop. He can x-ray and send you to a surgen if you need them removed. If you don't have dental insurance, don't worry the surgery will be filed under health ins. as long as they are impacted.
