Would anyone be interested in starting a boarding kennel in the southeast?

I'm looking for a business partner to start a boarding kennel somewhere in the southeast...i.e. MS, GA, etc.

I'm in Louisiana and if I had money would love to do that!!! Hope you find someone they are much needed.
