Is there a site out there, where you can get coupons for grocery type items that you don't have to download anything to get them?

No, they all use their own software. I gave up on online coupons...everytime I took them to the store I had to wait for a manager to look them over to determine if they were fake or not. And a lot of stores don't even know about online coupons and won't accept them.
Too much trouble to save 30 cents.

Probably not. Every place I've been to makes you download something so you can print the coupon. Sorry.
