Yea.... Im the same way. Its an overload of hormones, and its almost as if you cant control anything. I know exactly what you mean. Sadly, the only thing I can suggest is to just be extra careful during this time. Good luck

Its hormonal. Everything takes a shift in the body and with the water retention and discomfort and it causes irritability. Try vitamin b12 and more calcium. Lay off the junk food around that time. You will see a big difference.

gurl im the same way aint no lyin there by any chance do u get cramps or overheatd cause if u do that gets u frustrated so dont blame ur self it happens to everyone
