love is "amore" and kisses is "baci".
the whole sentence is "amore e baci" but in italian we don't use it.. what are you trying to say?
you can say "baci e abbracci" that means "love and hugs".

Iam learning italian these days, & as i know:
Kisses= Baci (pronounced bAtshi)
Kiss me= Mi baci
Love= Amore
To love= Amare
I love you= Ti amo
Do you love me? = Mi ami?
