I was heart broken because I broke his heart. It really sucks

Once I broke up with someone I was with for 2 years. I thought I was falling out of love with him. I broke his heart terrible and yes it hurt me like hell to see his heartbreak and know it was b/c of me. Guess it was cuz I never really fell out of love with him and found that out 2 1/2 years later. I was just young and immature and scared.

For me, yes, but I break more hearts than my heart being broken but when my heart breaks, it's for real and it only happened once. So I break a lot of hearts but it does not have much significance as to my heart being broken once by some jerk.
