Push-ups are best. You can also do tricep dips using a chair or a bench. Any kind of punching routine would also help you tone up a little.

I would suggest push ups, you can use a chair and place your backside towards it and put the lower part of your palms on the edge lifting yourself up and down working your triceps. Also, you can cup your hands in front of you and try pulling them apart. Hold for 15 sec and repeat make sure your elbows are horizontal. You can also try standing with feet apart towards the wall and place your hands on the wall. Pull into the wall and then push away.

crunches for abs-vary types of crunches to hit all abs
push ups/pull ups/chin-ups/
also you can do various excercises with non-conventional weights.
take a gallon jug of liquid hold it over shoulder behind you with arm bent. then straighten arm to work triceps.
Use gallon jug to do sitting arm curls.
