You should check medically because it could be that you have an overproduction of saliva (hypersalivation). If the problem is caused because your teeth are not alligned or because some are missing, you can see a dentist for it and they can help.

Its usually caused by your teeth. Either braces or missing teeth.

Speak slower and if possible try not to be too close to people when speaking to them.

Don't speak quickly, swallow your saliva regularly, & don't be very excited while talking!
