There is the boy I like but I am 18 going on19 but he is 26 right now we are just friends. He wants us to be together but know I think the age is a big difference so he say he will wait untill i am ready to be with him. So what do u think is the age a big difference?

age doesnt matter.....as long as he respects you and your feelings toward him.If you guys really like eachother go for it. Age shouldnt matter if u like him alot and for him the same way.

Not really my 1st boyfriend was 26 and i was 16...You sound like you are afraid of men...if he's gonna be good to you, or he ends up being a jerk and plays you regardless of the age a man is a man and his age does not change that or makes him any different...Even if you do decide to give it a chance if it doesn't work out you will learn alot just because he has way more experience then you.

well i'm currently 26 and i would not date an 18/19 yr old
there are to many differences in age, life experience and maturity for it to work

the age difference is not that big. my friend is 17 and she has just given birth to a baby boy 2 weeks ago whose dad (her current boyfriend) is 36.
Remember: age is just a number!

I don't think age is a big difference as long as you're comfortable with it. Besides, guys stop maturing at like 16, so in a way, you're older. :)

yeah, it's a big difference. he's too mature for you. there will be times when you can't understand the way he's thinking and there'll be times that he'll think you're childish. it's better to be with someone who's mind is at the same level as yours. that way you'll understand each other more.
