I don't know of any to tell you the truth, my former spouse was a Vietnam vet, exposed to Agent Orange. He was not able to collect anything because they said his problems were not military related. The only help he did receive was in house rehabilitaion for alcoholism. He started in Seattle, had 30days and they decided he needed much more intense therapy, transferred him to Medford, Oregon, they have a huge campus there. The best thing I can tell you, is to contact the VA and go thru the application process. DD214 form is required, just to start. Medical records, employment history, all of this is taken into consideration. Good luck in your journey.

If you are a veteran who served at least 2 years and have an honorable discharge you may be eligible for medical treatment at a VA facility.

There are addiction treatment programs available in the VA system and some may also have job training.
