We belong to God AND Church because the Church is the Body of Christ with Jesus Christ, our Lord and God as it's head.
The Church is the sign of God's presence in this world. The Church is the community of believers guided by the Holy Spirit, the third person of God.
Yes, I am loyal to the Church because Jesus Christ established the Chuch and sent the Holy Spirit to guide and be the life of the Church. Faithfulness to the Church is faithfulness to Jesus Christ.
