Bread is important... The very best bread for tuna sandwiches is Sara Lee... OMG it sets the sandwich off...
I use
starkist tuna in water (drain well)
canned chicken makes a good egg sandwich too....
Enough miracle whip to moisten
a tad bit of yellow mustrard
table spoon or two of sweet pickle relish
salt & pepper to taste.. if not it will be bland even with all the other stuff...
Boiled eggs 2 to 4 eggs per small can of tuna.. Depends on how much you like the eggs.. I like alot... I use the whole egg.. I have an egg cutter.. I love it...
Mix well and enjoy...
tuna in water drained
boiled eggs chopped/diced
miracle whip enough to moisten and hold things together
yellow mustard 1 to 2 teaspoons is all you need
sweet pickle relish 1 to 2 tablespoons is good.
salt
pepper
you can always make as much as you want just boil extra eggs, add more mayo and other stuff.
There is no wrong way to do this.. If you like half a jar of mayo in yours then you can do it. If you want 10 eggs go for it.. It is all up to you.

The best tasting mayo to me is a brand called Blue Plate,it may not be available everywhere. Then Kraft has a real mayo. When you say you like the grinded tuna, good that is the cheapest to buy.Any store brand will do.I buy the tuna in spring water,do to the oil.I don't like the oily taste...Just boil the eggs then chop them up....

any mayo would be ok...I don't like when they are too yellow anyway
for a quick sandwich....you just need some hard boiled eggs and then once they are cold chopped them and mix with the mayo add a little bit of chives and is done..you can store it in the fridge with a lid for a couple of days....and the same process for tuna mayo, just strain the tuna from the can and the rest is the same but no chives...enjoy

Yes, maybe i can help by presenting ( Mrs. Filberts Real Mayonnaise )it comes in a clear jar with a red top and a picture of Mrs. Filberts on the jar and you can find it in your local supermarket. It is the best Mayonnaise that i ever tasted. You will love the taste of It. And you can now enjoy a good sandwich with Mrs. Filberts Real Mayonnaise. Try it.
I hope that helps

My husband swears by Best Foods aka Hellmans. It also gets rated the highest in the food page of the San Francisco Chronicle.
(I personally like Miracle Whip, which is why there are two types in the fridge.)

Let me tell you the BEST egg salad recipe: hard boiled eggs, mayonnaise (I use Kraft), cream cheese (that's the secret ingredient), brown mustard, celery seed, dash of cayenne.
The cream cheese makes egg salad out of this world good and gives it a great texture. It goes great with any bread, but I use rye bread.
