Sure, You can fry some good country fried chicken along with the beans, also try some uncle's Ben's rice along with the beans.

Check this out (Black Beans) Dinner.

1. Corn Bread (muffins)
2. Uncles Ben's Rice (your choice)
3. Fried Chicken
And last but not least (Black Beans)
Remember, don't forget that jar of Red Kool-aid (smile)

I hope that helps

What can I do with cooked leftover black beans?

I don't think I've ever had leftover black beans. They go in soups, chili, beans and rice, dip, or make a refried black bean thing. I even just made tortillas with black beans yesterday. They're so good.

Black bean chili

1 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 pound ground turkey
some black beans
some crushed tomatoes
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 tablespoon dried oregano
or use 1 chili dry mix.
DIRECTIONS
In a large heavy pot over medium heat, cook onion and garlic until onions are translucent. Introduce turkey and cook, stirring, until meat is brown. Stir in beans, tomatoes, chili powder and oregano. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer 30 minutes or more, until flavors are well blended.

Make a corn salad! My favorite! Take a small bag of frozen corn, yellow or white kernels, run it under water in a colander to thaw. Throw it in a bowl and start adding stuff such as up to 2 cups of your black beans, rinsed. Chopped onion, green, red, whatever. Chopped red or green bell pepper. Sliced Olives. Add olive oil, salt, pepper, cilantro and cumin to taste. Sprinkle with a little lime juice and a shake or twelve of Tabasco. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors blend. Enjoy!

Depends on how much is left. You can rinse them and make a black bean salsa (corn, diced tomato, diced chili peppers, diced onion) or you can mash them and make a black bean paste which you then spread on a flour tortilla along with shredded chicken or beef and top with shredded cheese and then fold in half and pan fry to make quesadillas.

Have a bowl of mixed greens (a salad) and top with tomatoes, green onion, black olives, taco meat (chicken or beef your choice) shredded cheese and rinsed black beans and a dollop of sour cream.

Mash half into a paste, add a little milk and water to make a thick soupy texture and add cheese and heat until its thick and creamy and then add the rest of the black beans and a scoop of sour cream.

Mash them into a paste and top with diced tomatoes, shredded lettuce, sliced black olives, shredded cheese and heat up until warm and then top with salsa, shredded cheese and grab some tortilla chips and scoop away.

You can do a lot with them. Just depends on how much is left over.

Oh, turn them into a delicious puré with a mixer. Great for dinner with croutons and maybe some fresh mint. You can also use them cold in a salad with peppers, onions and any other leftovers you have.
