Tell her. In my own personal opinion, there is nothing better than a man admitting to me that he KNOWS he messed up and if he could go back and change it he would but that no matter what I'm the one that matters and he can't live without me. Tell her you know you screwed it up but are willing to do whatever you can to prove to her that you know that and want to work it out. She very well may appreciate your honesty, I know I would and try to work it out with you from here. Good luck. I'm glad you see your mistakes, just work through them now and try not to dwell on it to much. Nobody is perfect.

It actually depends on how you messed up. if you messed up really bad, she probably won't give in. And if you really love her, you wouldn't have wanted to hurt her. It's really up to you. do something Romantic and sweet that she knows your the only one that can do it because you know her better than anyone else.
