i like him he knows it ..so hes always around me and hugging me anyway he wants! i dont say nuthin to him cuz i like him so it dont matter what he do to me! but he likes my cuzin and when shes around he dont hug me or flrit around with me ..like he do when she not there!!! he knows i like him and how i feel about him!

It sounds like he cannot make up his mind. It's like us women when we can't decide if we want the fudge brownie or the chocolate eclair. We want them both, but we know that would not be good for us and our thighs.
So a little hug here and a little hug there and he is checking out the vibes.
You mention he does not hug you when your cousin is around. Does he hug your cousin when you are around? If that is the case, it means he knows you like him and he does not worry about your affections because he knows he has them. On the other hand if he doesn't let your cousin know he hugs you - he likes her too but is unsure of her affections and he doesn't want to lose his freedom to choose between the two of you.
If he doesn't hug your cousin while you are around, he doesn't want to lose your affections either.
So . . . . . he is caught in the middle, he doesn't know which one he likes the most, so he keeps checking.
You might want to ask your cousin if she likes this guy but don't tell her you like him too. If she asks, just be as calm as possible and say "sorta" "I'm not really sure" "he is nice" etc. Concentrate on your opinion of his character and not your feelings.
Just remember your cousin will be your cousin always, angry or not. Boyfriends come and go, until the right guy comes along who wants to be with you as much as you want to be with him. And herein lies the rub: We never know for sure.

actions speak louder than words and this guy wants it all.. you and anyone else he can "get" You are on your way to getting used by this guy and I think you know it..but it's your choice..everything is a choice...make good choices and you will not have many problems..women have great instincts and I strongly suggest you go by them, not your immature heart...unless you're 30! I believe you know this already..look for someone who does not do this type of thing when another girl, cuzin or anyone else comes around..actions always speak louder than words..always! good luck

Sounds to me that this guy wants both of you. He keeps playing
you two girls against each other without getting in the middle. It
also appears that he slightly likes her more than you, because he
doesn't flirt with you when she is present. (..does he flirt with her
when you are present?..) I would suggest that you tell him to
make up his mind about which girl he wants--because he can't
have both. But be prepared, he may choose the other girl.

maybe he likes both of you and don;t want the other girl to know! I am not sureI am going thru the same thing I have the same question. Try asking him or just talk to him about something interesting and see where that will lead.
