I had your exact problem! First check your bed, what do you sleep on? What type of pillows or comforter do you sleep with? Are they stuffed with some sort of feathers? How often do you wash your bedding, LOTS of people are allergic to dust mites. What type of heater do you have in your room, forced air or wall heaters as well as gas collect alot of dust and other things which can irritate your sinuses if they are not regularly cleaned. Do you have carpet in your bedroom, if you do how often is it cleaned? I would recommend that you check all of these areas one at a time to find what is bothering you. You should also invest in a air purifier to rid your bedroom air of the many allergens that float around. I'm sure that will help a great deal. I also recommend that you visit an allergist to find out EXACTLY what you are allergic to so you can avoid those things in the future. Knowing what you are allergic to can really help you out. I know how you feel and I hope this helps.

Try simply not taking whatever antihistamines or allergy medicines you usually take for at least two weeks, to see if your 'stuffy and running nose' when you get up gets better, worse, or stays the same. Then, if you do decide it 'got worse' and go back on your 'medicines,' start them up ONE AT A TIME ... using each medicine 'separately' for two weeks at first, then possibly all 'combinations of two' and on, until your 'morning nose' is fine ... or as 'good as you can get it.' The medicines you said 'suppress the problems' may do that ... but it's the 'suppression of the problem' that you want here ... there are no cures for 'allergies' at all, although some people 'change allergies' or get over them completely on their own.

It sounds like you may be allergic to something in your bed or your bedroom in general. The first thing that you can do is use and air purifier in your bedroom. If what you're allergic to is in your bed (dustmites are really popular) you will want to cover your pillow and mattress with allergen covers. However, unless you've been tested you probably don't know what you're allergic to. I would recommend getting tested just because it's nice to know.
Good luck!

i used to be like you, having terrible running nose every morning without fail. Medications and doctor visits are not much of a help until i was recommended by a friend to drink a special blend of juice G3. It cured my problem and I enjoy being able to breathe well everyday :)
