This kind of training uses your own body weight like with different positions of push ups and pull ups and balancing, kind of like yoga but more for building muscle, i think Usher uses this kind of training. Does anybody know what it's called and can you offer a good source?

i stumbled on the e book to be very informative and easy to ascertain. i have lost 17 kilos in 12 days, i'm only worried that i'm dropping too a lot weight, too instantly. i visit admit i have not observed the handbook precisely. i'm no longer sticking completely to the listed ingredients and meal plans (yet quite usually) and doing little or no exercising, besides the undeniable fact that the load keeps flying off. Do a search on no-weight workouts. Your body is the resistance, versus a weight. You can get a decent workout, but it's hard to progress since without weights/equipment, you can't add additional resistance.
