What is more important. Looks Or Personality?

I've tried both and have to go with looks by far.

As a teen all I went for was looks, that was the most important, but after getting betrayed more times that I'd care to mention by these woman, I decided to try the other side of the coin and went for personality.

I met this terrific woman 5 times my senior, she had an excellent personality, infact she's the nicest person I've ever met, however there is totally no attraction there well on my part anyway, Anyway we ended up getting married and having 2 kids but its left me feeling sort of empty, my wife is my best mate but we have no sex life at all, infact we've not even slept in the same bed for over a year as one of our children plays up at night and she sleeps with him.

But like any red blooded male I need a lover I lust after, its left me when we go out for an evening eying other ladies up and thinking what if...

I'd never betray my wife for the childrens behalf anyway but I feel trapped now

Personality can make a person either ugly or beautiful. But if their cute and have a great personality it just makes them even cuter but if they have a bad personality it makes them ugly. So, I start with attraction then go and get to know the person to see if there is anything more than just attraction.

WOW man u have urself a situation. Personality is a very important part to a relationship or marriage but if you're not attracted to her AT ALL, then thats a problem. Usually your love for a person overrides looks after a while, but if you've gotten married and had 2 kids and still there's no attraction, seems like u better figure sometging out b4 u start resenting her...

I go for personality BUT I make sure there is also an attraction too. They don't have to be great looking to be attractive. (Their personality can make them appear much better looking.)

Maybe it's time for some counselling. Have you tried talking to your wife? Maybe you two could try reconnecting, go on dates without the kids. Try to start seeing each other as man and woman rather than a mom and dad or husband and wife. Let her know you want to add some spice to the marriage. Try new things, and certainly its necessary to start having sex again. (with your wife) Don't give up yet.

What are u doing to initate sex again? Send your wife some clues, book a hotel room for the two of you, set the mood with thoughtful gifts for her - nice loungerie, candles, flowers, wine - and this can be done duringthe day, get a sitter for the kids and have a wonderfule exciting afternoon. Talk about what turns each other on, get in the mood for some luvins.

personality is most important, looks fade with age. You better have a good conversation going with your mate when you're 80 than looking at an old bag.
Also, I think you married the wrong woman, has nothing to do with looks or personality.

I think that personality is important, but you they have to be atleast a bit goodlooking to be able to lust after ya get me? but i say that you should have a discussion with your wife first before you think otherwise because since you both are married you should be open and honest with eachother, rmb "Looks attract attention, but personality captures the heart" Best wishes!
