Well, I've been working on this for about 7 minutes; at first I thought it might be some sort of anagram. Then when I actually muttered aloud how the words read, I realized it was basically a "phonetic" puzzle? So, here we go:
THIS SENTENCE ONLY MAKES SENSE IF READ ALOUD !

That's some puzzle. Can't solve it. All i know is Allah is the Arabic lauguage word referring to God. Its a Muslim puzzle i presume.
