Perhaps he doesn't like publicity. When they first wen't to the moon they said they couldn't see God, right?

He was obviously on the dark side of it.

Well, I've never seen MY picture in the newspaper or on CNN, either...it must be a vast conspiracy! We've seen Little Green Men in the news, but are they real? I think the reported news is even less reliable than those who say, "I believe (insert religion or school of thought here)." Besides, Little Green Men ARE real! I saw them on Buzz Lightyear of Star Command! That's at least as real as CNN...I haven't seen God on Buzz Lightyear, so he must not exist, or maybe the animators couldn't figure out how to draw him...

Because He wants you to "live by faith, not by sight" 2 Corinthians 5:7. Also, "blessed are those who have NOT SEEN and yet have believed" John 20:29. You will be more blessed since you believe and have not "seen" God! Also, do you realize God could come up beside you now and say "boo" if He wanted to? He could make your computer melt right before your eyes? He could pop up on CNN anytime He wanted to!!! He chooses not to because He wants to have true followers who love Him because He first loved us. Not because He is famous or popular or rich. Why do we love, and idolize people on tv and movies more than God? If he did pop up on CNN, would that make a big difference to you? I haven't seen God, but I have FELT God. It's an awesome experience.

If you examine the answer to your question from the point of view of the great saints(of multiple religions) who've walked this earth for centuries sharing their wisdom...They all say they see God everywhere in everyone. Mother Teresa said she saw Jesus in the face of every person, especially the suffering and the poorest of the poor.

Looking beyond religion and into how these saintly people lived their lives, they would treat each person, plant and animal as a respected extension of themselves. Thus, from this point of view, we see God on TV all the time in the faces of humanity and the life which pervades the universe. Hope this helps! Peace & God bless...

'We have to cover everything with the Lord Himself, not by a false sort of optimism, not by blinding our eyes to the evil, but by really seeing God in everything. Thus we have to give up the world, and when the world is given up, what remains? God. What is meant? You can have your wife; it does not mean that you are to abandon her, but that you are to see God in the wife. Give up your children; what does that mean? To turn them out of doors, as some human brutes do in every country? Certainly not. That is diabolism; it is not religion. But see God in your children. So, in everything. In life and in death, in happiness and in misery, the Lord is equally present. The whole world is full of the Lord. Open your eyes and see Him. This is what Vedanta teaches. Give up the world which you have conjectured, because your conjecture was based upon a very partial experience, upon very poor reasoning, and upon your own weakness.' - Swami Vivekananda

God stopped giving interviews in 33 AD. Figured if we didn't get the message by then there was no point in continuing to talk about it. I think, though, that he was in the audience when Clinton gave his, " I did not have sex with that woman" speech. Probably not to happy about that either.

It is easier for a camera to pass through the eye of a needle than for a papparazi to obtain a picture of God.

Because you don't have eyes that see or ears that hear. Ask God for the enlightenment of the Holy Spirit, He delights in giving his children gifts. But be careful what you ask Him for, you might get it.
