One thing I have not read mentioned is the south beach diet meals. These are really good even if you are not actually on the diet (I'm not but I love them). You get a nice portion of meat and some veggies and it is pretty low cal yet satifying.
Never try the healthy choice pizzas, the cheese tastes like plastic and it leaves a gross aftertaste. But the lean cuisine pizzas are by far the best, south beach diet pizzas are a close second.
The vegetarian lasangna is good too (either boca or mornigstar farms brand, not sure)
anyways, if you can get to a super target stock up on south beach diet products bc they are only 2 dollars as opposed to 3 or more at other supermarkets!
But I would definetly try south beach diet.

I always get lean cuisine. They are the best, and stouffers is the only one that actually cooks good food before they freeze it. I like the Raviolli, The sesame ginger chicken, the baked chicken, the meatloaf, the pizza's are good, all of them, they are the best as far as frozen dinners go. Beware of anything with Spaghetti, frozen spaghetti can get sticky, OH! The Mac and Cheese Lean cuisine is great! Happy eating!

In the supermarket, Lean cuisine and Healthy choice are pretty good, especially when they're on sale and you get them for $1 to $1.50 per box. To me, the other brands are just way too salty.

Also, if you're near trader joe's, they have some pretty good frozen items too. I tried the Thai Green Curry a couple days a go. It was pretty good for a frozen meal.

Everything you mention is pretty good. The regular Stouffer's Frozen Dinners sometimes have less Sodium than their Lean Cuisine Meals. Sometimes Healthy Choice meals are okay. The best way to see what you like is to buy and try. If you like get more but if you don't you never have to try it again.

When I get good frozen I get this Indian dish called Mutter Paneer, comes in a nice package. Maybe get the one that comes with rice.
And also Pad Thai! I always get the one with tofu cuz it's so good but I think they have shrimp variety as well.
Otherwise there's always mini pizzas or Healthy Choice entrees.

Some of the frozen meals on the market today are pretty good. The one thing to keep in mind is that they are loaded with salt. With this in mind, it's a good idea to supplement your frozen entree with a couple of pieces of fresh fruit. This will lower the percentage of sodium intake in your diet.

I enjoy Lean Cuisine meals. They are not too expensive, filling, good for you, and taste pretty good. The don't taste like cardboard like some of the others do.

Lean cuisine is awesome. The pizza is good, the Swedish meatballs is good. Overall, I would go with lean cuisine. Lots of options and very tasty with a small amount of calories.
