I have erased the pictures. But it is only allowing me to take 4 pictures before it says that it is full. Does anyone know what is going on with the camera or card.

16mb is a pretty tiny card. I'm guessing it's the one that came with the camera. Cards these days are generally 1 or 2gigs of storage. You probably need to buy a larger memory card. You could also try lowering the quality of the photos the camera takes, so it can fit more than just four on the memory card. You're probably shooting on the best quality or a really high quality right now. Look in the manual to figure out how to lower the quality. Reducing the quality of the images will give you more room on the card, but they'll look pretty bad if you try and print them out. They might be okay for display on the internet, though.

You need a card with much more memory. It is very easy to have a picture of high quality take up that much space on your card. I would get atleast half a gig, if not a 1 gig card. You can get really good deals all the time, especially on www.bizrate.com
If your camera has very many megapixels, it is taking very high quality pictures. You can probably manually adjust your camera settings. Personally, because of my profession in photodesign, I often need the highest quality pictures I can get. 16 mb card is not very big though, even for lower quality pictures.

You need to buy a larger card. I disagree with the people who say lower the resolution in the camera. If you get a super photo, you may want to print an enlargement to hang on the wall. And you'll have much better luck making enlargements from the highest quality captures!

16 mb is small for a picture card. Usually the card that comes with the camera is a small one. To take more pictures you'll have to get a larger card, i have I 2GB card in my camera.

You have 2 problems. You have the resolution set too high for each photo that is being taken, and the memory card is way too small. Get atleast a 256MB card. Wal-Mart has 1 Gig cards on sale for $20 this week. :)

go into settings and change the size of the picture to 400 x600 it will give you a little more room maybe hold 25 pics or so .. get another memory card and do not make or save videos because they take up too much room.

You need to lower your resolution or get a bigger card. They're pretty cheap now...I just got a 1 GB for $19 at one of the big box stores.

you have to lower the resolution in the settings. its probably set to the highest. i would get at least a 512mb card or a 1gb.

you can only take 4 pics @ a time because the memory is so small
