Oddly enough I recommend Utube there is lots of stuff on there some rubbish some you could learn from, just like the rest of Martial Arts some people only want to show off and some are really good instructors such is the nature of the arts

Hi there

Not sure where you would be able to get hold of these items but here goes.

For Wing Chun try the book Wing Chun By Yip Chin who is one of the sons of Yipman. A great book which covers all the basics and some of the early forms. Try amazon. Another great DVD/Video is Wing Chun by Samual Kwok. This covers all the hand forms, Dummy drills and the large forms. It also has some footage of yipman. Try The British wing chun association based in Blackpool i think or BudoVideos.com.

As for Footwork, balance etc a book that everyone should own is titled 'the principles of effortless power'. Again try amazon.

Hope this helps

Regards

okay, i never trained in wing chun, so i'm not sure if this is too good. But "The Wing Chun Compendium" seemed like a really good book. here's a link, http://www.amazon.com/Wing-Chun-Compendium-Wayne-Belonoha/dp/1583941290/ref=pd_bbs_sr_4/104-2371075-3391965?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1172876316&sr=8-4
check out the reviews, before buying it i guess.

p.s. there was pressure point section in the back of the book that seemed very good. even better than some books totally dedicated to the pressure point attacks.

in case you will detect a chum or kin member that has the comparable pastimes as you, you're able to then start up getting to understand some elementary strategies. it won't substitute into an entire equipment. and you will not right now comprehend the concepts and actuality at the back of the physique mechanics. Explaining how bodies pass in action and 3-D area, isn't nicely proper to words. the fabric transmitted is limited. DVDs grants you a seen reference physique component yet you nevertheless want a sequence of coaching regulations and rules to apply. in case you think of you have the time and the materials to get a preparation considerable different and want a sequence of coaching rules to attempt issues out, bypass to my profile and deliver me a message via the e-mail link and that i'll grant you a commencing component.

There are many sites out there for these exact things you ask. But are there good ones?

if you are interested in Wing Chun read about it. Study its origins and then ask some local Kwoons or schools if you may come to see a class. If you find that it interests you, ask them, they just may let you join.
