because 20 is the akward age between teen and adult Im 20 I know what you mean People think a 20 year old is Still a teenager

Hun, I have psychology in my background and I am going to share with you a little fact printed in the books. People between ages 10 and 25 years.... are still considered adolescent stage. Adolescent is equal to teenage. Furthermore, its not a significant number of people who make it into adulthood til their 30s!

Perhaps people think you still act like a teenager? Maybe if you take on more responcibilites people will stop treating you like a child. Telling them youre not a kid anymore wont work you have to show them if you want thier respect

probably just to mess with you. When they say something do you blow up about it. They are probably doing it just to get a reaction out of it. And if not people probably don't see you that you are growing up. It takes people alot to realize that you are not a kid anymore and you are growing up. Its hard for them to let go and realize that you don't need them as much anymore. They are just trying to hold on as long as they can.
