yes that is completely normal. you feel like changing your name because they call you it all the time. don't worry they finally stop after a while.

I have a 8 and 6 yr old and they do the same thing, I now understand why my Mom would yell "can't I even take a bath in peace" when I would knock on the door.

lol, yes. Just this morning I sent my 5 and 6 yr old downstairs to put on their stuff and go play outside while I went out the front door to shovel and not even 2 min later my 10 yr old came out saying that he could hear my daughter in the basement screaming "MOMMY MOMMY" lol. She couldn't find her hat and needed help.. They always need you for something. Luckly they grow out of it eventually.

oh yes! very normal lol. and so does my 13 yr old. but enjoy it cuz my 18yr old only calls about once a month now(she lives on her own)
