A women at our church was 100 about two years ago. Still goes to 9am mass on the bus by herself. Not sure she hears much of it, but always up dressed and there on time. Stops for a cup of tea in hall after and heads home to make her own dinner!

I have approximately 10 patients a year that are over 100 years old, and probably 80% are very sharp witted and have it together mentally.

5 years ago I visited my dads old town and I met an old lady who knew my dad when he was a lad. She was 96 years young so now she must be over 100. Nobody mention that she died so she must be still around.
