Yes.. You need to work up to and hour a day. If you are doing 2 30 day workouts it will burn the same amount. I wouldn't over work yourself and try to push the 1 hour a day- You will know when ur ready to work your way up to get more and more time in- Dont try to rush anything, Good Luck! :)

Exercise is very important to help you lose weight, and splitting it up to start will help you get your time in and not burn you out, but diet, is a very large part of losing weight. If you are working out for a half an hour and then having fried foods, or sweets, or even regular soda in you diet, you are not going anywhere good on the scale. Make sure you are getting plenty of water, fruits and veggies, and also, cut back on red meat. Try eating more chicken or even better, fish. This helps, trust me. Don't cut out all carbs, your body needs those to burn things in the right order while you go through your day. With out carbs you will crave them and your body's order of burning Proteins,sugars,carbs and fats gets out of order. Your body will burn carbs then proteins, and move on to fat, with out the carbs, your body burns through the proteins, skips fat, and starts burning muscle mass. Do you homework, and eat the right foods, and you will be fine. Don't overeat your carbs, just eat them in moderation.

maybe it will.i feel the best way to loose weight is get up early in the morning(then sleep after your work out) and go for a long ,long jog ....... that is the best way to loose weight and before going for your jog have a hot glass of water with half tea spoon honey mixed that will help you to get rid of body toxins which will futher help you to loose weight very fast.

I assume you are reducing your caloric intake too? Just with caloric reduction alone, you should be able to lose about 4 lbs a month without having to suffer much at all. (28 days x 500 calories less a day = 4 lbs lost)
