a spider web!! oh wait, that's been done. okay... ummm an "L" hahah! and L on your L-bow!! hahah okay. i'm a nerd. whatever. i would go for a totally unique tattoo in general. like maybe a cracker. or a... tomato? i don't know. i'm just being silly i guess.

For both sides: an eyeball that looks closed or open depending on how your holding your arm.
I've thought of getting a flower on my elbow. Spiderwebs are WAY over done on that location

you can come up with something more original then a skull... do like a 2 sided face or something 1 on each side. Dr Jekyll and mr hyde

Crap...OK, you know I don't like it when someone else has a really good idea, but I really like the one above with the swirly stars....maybe with some negative space in it?

don't get a spider web or skull that's played out on the elbow. get brass knuckles or a mans ruin girl there.

How about two lips so when your elbow is straight they are closed and when you bend it the lips open to show teeth, don't know if that can be done but with a little liquor anything is possible.

i think Koi Fish running from your elbow to your wrist would work, colorful ones like that are pretty cool.

Hmmm.... I liked peoples ideas like ankle or two sided...
Skulls fine with me if you like it. (i've seen tons of skulls so make you's unique)
How about asking your gf/wife for an idea? (if you have one)
Dont do names (unless its your child or dog you never know with girlfriends one minute youre crazy for each other the next minute you're separated.)
If I got an elbow tattoo I'd get a 41, maybe not too original (it's from my favorite band sum 41 all the members have a 41 tattooed on their elbows, so I'd be like a true fan, a member, in a way) Get something you love, maybe your dog or your child or something you like like a motorbike/car, favorite team, star, search for famous people with tattoos to get ideas and to see what has been done and what hasn't to be original! If you believe in stuff like horroscopes or religion, or anti-bush/kerry something... Or something that keeps you happy like the dream of a holiday place that you never get to visit...
Something you want the world to know about you... whent hey walk behid you to say and think "hey, I wonder hwat the owner of that tattoo is like, or I'd like to meet him or see what he looks like..." Think of what you want people to think when they see it and what could cause that reaction... "hey, he's like me, one of us!"
