You are a Delayed Entry Person. You are not IN the service as of yet. If they find the warrant, they can void your contract and you will be removed from the program. They may allow you to re apply after you have taken care of your legal problem. You will need a waiver. The different Branch's talk to each other in MEPS, you will barred.

If the warrant was out for you before you signed the contract, and you lied about it, you will get a dishonourable discharge, and be blocked from entering the military again. Also, you may (and likely will) go to jail for lying as well as for whatever you did that required a warrant be put out.

First off, If you have a warrant out on you and you do not discharge it or disclose it to the recruiter before entering the service, you are guilty of fraud. You will not only be discharged/banned from service, you can go to prison. Read the military entrance contract

If they find out which most likely they will because it is an active warrant on you it is a breach of your contract you signed, depending on the offense you could be kicked out and face civilian court, it is highly unlikely you will face a military court

Look, if they kick you out, it will be a dishonorable discharge. You won't ever be accepted for military service ever again.
Now--you need to stop asking this question. I see on your profile that you've asked 66 questions, most of them some variation on this theme. If I see it again, I'm going to report it for "repeated postings." I don't want to do that. This is a fair warning. Next time, however, I won't be so polite. You've gotten plenty of answers. Anyone who knows has already answered. Now, please... stop.

Depends on the offense and the outcome of the trial. You may be able to appeal, but then again, you might go to the brig/stockade.

You'd be guilty of perjury and fraud regarding your contract... you will get a bad-conduct discharge and will never be elligble for service again.
