I'm not looking to put them in mealoaf or to season pork chops. These are actually whole saltine crackers that you can serve with soup or by themselves that have been seasoned. I know they had red pepper flakes but wasn't sure what else they might have put on them...they were delicious! Thanks for your help!

I you're looking to make seasoned crackers, this recipe should work for you. I've made awesome popcorn w/ it and have thought about using chowder crackers instead.

Zippy Italian Popcorn

1 sack reduced fat natural flavor microwave popcorn, cooked to package directions
2 tablespoons butter (or olive oil)
1 teaspoon garlic powder or granulated garlic
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1/3 cup grated Parmigiano, eyeball it

Pop the corn and place in a bowl. Place butter and spices in a small cup or bowl and place in microwave oven and melt, 10 to 15 seconds on high. Stir and pour mixture over the popped corn. Sprinkle the corn with cheese and serve.

If you're looking for way to use up seasoned crackers, the previous answers are good & I'd add breading chicken breasts or turkey cutlets to the list.

put crackers in gallon zip lock bag
pour in ranch mix, red and black pepper
Toss than drizzle 1 and 1/3 c canola oil...toss again
lay flat and turn bag over every 30 min for 4 hours

Seasoned Crackers ( yum)

2 Tbls. Crushed red pepper

Mix oil, pepper & mix in Ziploc bag. Add one tube of crackers & tumble bag until all 4 tubes are added. For next hour or 2, tumble the bag several times. I put less pepper than called for.

You can also do that with fish!
