are some boys afraid of going out with good looking girls because they are afraid of rejection? is this the reason why they go out with girls that they aren't really attracted to?

boys, men, girls and women... we all go through this insecurity at times.
Wether or not this is why some ppl go out with those they aren't attacted to.. that would be my quess but I lost my crystal ball.

I don't think most men are afraid of rejection most men believe in the odds ask 10 women out one us bound to say yes.
Now on other hand 9 times out of 10 a attractive will be high maintenance with no personality. where a around the way woman would offer more to a relationship
If guys aren't approaching you check the vibe your sending out. Is it possible that it stinks

i think most guys don't like going out with beautiful women because guys find it hard to handle other guys constantly eying them up. sure fear of rejection is a reason some are afraid, but i think the pressure ie. other guys attention, trying to be good enough for her etc is as much a reason. hope Ive helped!!

It depends on what the guy is like, If some attractive girl came up to me and asked me out or something, I know in my brain that someone is plaing a joke on me because that actually did happen to me in middle school.

Absolutely yes! Good looking girls are intimidating!
Unfortunately, sometimes for good reason . . . good looking girls tend to be more stuck up, uncaring, etc. With all the attention they get, sometimes they don't learn what it is like to be nice.

yes, and much more , some guys just have a hard time talking to "beautiful women", some are just really shy and "saddle for less"....insecurity is a big issue our society..."just think of how many head doctors(shrinks) there are"
(if you are a beautiful woman , just be very nice to him and take it slow he may need some time to get it through his head that someone like you would like to be closer with him than your are now)

yes maybe so. but these days that is not always the case. i have seen many guys who arent that good looking married to beautiful wives. maybe those who have great self esteem win the beautiful girls!

When I finally asked this girl to my senior prom, she said she wondered why it was taking me so long to ask. I just figured she was too pretty to be with me.
I eventually got over that, though.

I don't this only applies to as you say "GOOD LOOKING GIRLS (WOMEN). This applies to anyone that is INSEURE about themselves.
