Remove the human element (fallibility, greed, hate) from religion. maybe put robots in charge?

Mr. Sho: I do not believe there is proof that religion in and of itself oppresses anyone. I do believe that some PEOPLE use religion as a means of oppression. God will deal with them when the time comes.

Salvation comes from religion. (in Jesus) Nowhere in the Bible does it state to oppress people. Jesus taught to even love our enemies, how is that oppressing them?

I am a Christian, and I am not oppressed, nor have I oppressed anyone. I have been saved from death and self-destruction by my faith in God, and he has proven himself worthy of my praise.
Now, what gives you the right to make generalizations and point fingers?

Religion in yhe wrong hands is suppressive. So we should work on getting these people straightened out
