MAN THOSE ARE THE BEST!!!!

This is the closest recipe I could find.

Ingredients:
1 can creamed corn
1 can whole kernel corn, undrained
2 eggs
1/4 cup bacon grease (warm)
all-purpose pancake mix
Combine everything except pancake mix. Mix thoroughly. Add enough pancake mix to make a medium-thick batter. Fry fritters in a little bacon grease (as a pancake). Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve with warm maple syrup.
