Honestly ....how do you know about these chicks ??? Is your man telling you about the 25 chicks ??? If so why ??? Is he trying to make you mad or jealous? Why would a loving person tell you something that would cause you grief or worry?
Don't suspect the message suspect the messenger

It would bother me if a chick of any age hit on my man at work.

No, because I know my man loves me and while he might get an ego-boost from the attention, he's not going to love me less because he attracts attention from someone else. (I would also take it as a complement to me for having a man who is attractive to others love and care about me.)
Also, I would reflect that if a woman is going to hit on a man who is already married or in a committed relationship, it shows her up as someone who is not a person of quality. People who are not quality people frequently do things that are unacceptable, and you just consider the source. It's kind of pathetic when someone is so far gone from having any class that they attempt to poach men who are in a relationship. It bespeaks of a person who is motivated by spite, desperation and a cheap desire to be noticed.

Yes, and I do trust my man, but that doesn't mean I would want some chick trying to get with him.

Ofcourse it would. It would bother me more if he don't put a stop to it. Not saying something when someone flirts with you is just as bad as flirting back.
