When you are appplying the lotion make sure and its a MUST,to wash your hand ASAP after applied, also dont rub into elbow, knees, ankles or you will get that orange colour.
The lotion is made to be washed away after a few weeks, so If i was you just keep scrubbing your hands with soap and it will come off.

Yes i have used Banana Boat tanning lotion it probably has a bronzer in it which i love but they always say after you put the tannin lotion on and you tan your suppose to wash your hands afterwords cuz it will color your hands and maybe your feet..Any tanning lotion that you get with a bronzer will color your hand so anything with it you should wash your hands to get the bronzer off even your body but they say its best to wait 1 hr before you take a shower so it can set in

I live in Florida so I'm CONSTANTLY out in the sun and personally I don't use that stuff anymore for that exact reason. The only thing that I have found works without staining your hands is baby oil. If you put just a light layer over your body you won't burn. It's water resistent and helps you tan quicker. A lot of people are scared to use because it works so fast but if you use it moderately and pay attention then you should be ok

I think washing it could help,,repeatedly, maybe using some glycerin,,,but i avoid these products,,i once had a date and wanted to be beautiful,,well,,i tried these lotions,,and noticed that by the end of the evening,,the colour was coming off on my white skirt,,much to my dismay,,its funny now,,and when i showered,,i felt as though my skin could finally breath,,i prefer my natural skin tone now,,period,,i am who i am

This is exactly why I don't use tanning lotion...
Happy to live in Sunny FLA.
I think natural sun is better than all those creams... God knows if 20 years from now it's going to be linked to some disease such as skin cancer...

yea, that will happen if you don't wash your hands after you're done. It's better to wash them right after applying it, but if you don't have your own tanning bed and go to a salon, wash your hands as soon as you get out of the tanning bed and this should help

wash your hands immediately after putting the lotion on. It is from the bronzer in the lotion.
