No it's smaller. KB and K both tend to stand for kilobyte, at least in computer terms.
1200KB = 1200K = 1.2 MB
If it were a smaller measurement it would be kilobits, or bytes. But KB and K are always referencing the same thing which is the kilobyte. So yes 81.6 KB is smaller than 1200 KB.

In computing terms KB (technically it's Kb) and K are interchangeable, so 1200K is about 14 times bigger than 81.6Kb.
Unless you mean 1200 Kelvin, in which case it's time to have a cold shower!

I am going to assume this is referring to KB = Kilobytes. If this is the case, then no, b/c 81.6KB = 81,600, and 1200K = 1,200,000.

Even if 1200K is referring to bits and not bytes then it is 150KB 8 bit bytes so still bigger.

No definatley not.
It works like this
K (kilo)= 1000
M = (mega) 1,000,000
so 81.6 = 816,000
and 1200= 1200,000 which is more like 1.2M
