That's pretty good. As a high school quarterback when I was 15, I only threw 175, and I weighed about 170. At 15, your body is still developing and when you get older within the next few years your body will ad higher levels of natural testosterone. That should ad to your mental and physical "man" power. Getting stronger will happen. Lifting heavy weights will only strengthen you muscles, not your tendons. Lifting your own body weight in certain postures will strengthen your ligaments and tendons (VERY important if you want to lift heavier weight). Lifting nothing but heavy weight and not doing cardio or lifting body weight only can cause a joint injury, ligament, or tendon injury, seriously. Ask Barry Bonds, Mark McGwire, or Jose Canseco. Your ligaments and tendons can't handle the strengths of the muscles and end up getting injured (Barry Bonds' elbow and knees, Mark's back and arms, and Jose's knee, elbow, shoulder, and back.) Its serious business. Take your time, more weight will come, and don't do the steriods. Your testes will shribble up.

Everyone is different. .That might end up being your best for awhile. As you get older and tendons get used to the weight etc.. your muscles will grow and you should be able to put up more weight. I'm much older than you and I go more for the reps and weight. I'm only doing 195 for 12-15 reps. Good luck

Also too my boyfriend used to have this problem and he found out that he was trying to loose too much weight and diet so he was not taking in enough calories for his body.
After he gained 10-15 pounds he could bench a lot more.
Good Luck :)
