Well there are many reasons for your shaking. You didn't give much of a details so that we could guess. You better visit your doctor and see what he sais after the exemination. My "wild" guess would be related to movement disorder called Essential Tremors. It runs in a family (if u have somebody that shakes it might help you with self diagnoses), shaking can happen in any part of the body (mainly hands, voice, head) and it's not importnat the age u are. If it affects much your life, if it stops you to do and enjoy stuff it would be better to find a cause as soon as possible and treat it.

Hope this helps!
All the best!

Does this happen in certain situations such as before or during a performance or when you think certain thoughts or when exposed to bright light? How often does it happen?

I'm not a physician, but it could be a wide array of different things, including possibly anxiety. There are physical things it could be, too, and I would recommend having your parents take you for a check-up. Have you mentioned this shaking to your parents?

You probably need to visit a doctor to rule out any serious problems. Pay attention to what happens just before the shaking begins and keep notes including the date and time until your doctor's appointment.

Best of luck to you!
