you can get psp9 on ebay for a fiver..maybe ten quid.
or yuo can get a programmes called gimp2.2 which is a photoshop clone... i run both psp9 and gimp... but gimp is free.. google it, and youll get a free download site..

go to http://www.wesearch4you.co.uk main menu file sharing download bitlord, then go back to http://www.wesearch4you.co.uk/
same place file sharing, go to mininova search 4 Jasc paint shop 9 with key or serial download and bitlord will do rest for you this is how i get all my stuff free and safe good look
