His genes determine his size. With proper nutrition he will grow to whatever size his genetics determine.

Um nothing. He will grow when he grows. Also, I bethe is soooooo cute a puggat!?!?!?! Post pictures I want to see. I have a pug who is the best dog in the world. No really she is.

I agree with the answers about quality food, also, keep up with a worming schedule. Puppies chew on lots of disgusting stuff, and can pick up parasites easily. You want all the nutrition to go to him, not the worms. I have seen dogs stunted from not being wormed regularly.

Unfortunately this isn't possible. Dogs will grow at their own pace, it is partially determined by genetics. However, as your dog is 6 mths old and of a small breed he probably has almost finished growing.

Provide high quality food and lots of exercise. That's the only way. Everything else is genetics.

Ummmm...why would you want to? He's just going to be a tiny little guy anyway. And those little guys get to full size in about a year...it doesn't take them as long to grow into their feet as a larger breed. Don't mess with nature, please...

Proper diet, lots of exercise outside, and make sure the dog is happy! Thats it! Dont feed him table food either.
